3. DELIVERY

All deliveries are handled by GRIPOBALLS and will be made by Bpost or DHL.

Delivery takes between 2 and 15 working days.

Import Restriction, Taxes and Delivery Duties: The buyer is responsible for paying import duties and taxes of any kind levied in their country of residence. The buyer should obtain all relevant tax and customs information in advance from a local tax office. No returns are accepted if the reason given is a refusal to pay local taxes and import customs duties.

4. PAYMENT

Advance payment is required.

As soon as we get the payment, we will send the items.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or online using the international Paypal platform or by credit card (Stripe).

5. RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the law on consumer protection (LPCM of April 6, 2010), the buyer has 14 days to return it. The buyer is responsible for the return and will bear all return costs (transport, insurance, bank charges, ...).
